Don, I thought that Aristotle was the one who realised that motion cannot come from no motion ....... thus Motion must always exist. He decided that there was a close connection between time and motion.
My thoughts on the universe being infinite don't particularly rest with Aristotle and perhaps it was incorrect to imply that in my last post.
