"Despite would-be gatekeepers like Pennock, the argument for design is gaining strength with the advance of science and for a simple reason once described by the physicist Percy Bridgman: "The scientific method, as far as it is a method, is nothing more than doing one's mind, no holds barred."
No holds barred, even though that may force us to conclude that the universe reveals, in its intelligent design, traces of its intelligent designer"

Science doesn't have all the answers. So, it must have been God that planned it all.

Did God invent the car, the train, the plane, the rocket, the highway, medicine, ...... religion???

    Nope. Man did.

Maybe science casts doubt on religion, but religion doesn't cast doubt on science. Science casts doubt on science. If religion was as diligent and introspective as science then maybe it would have eliminated its glaring inconsistencies. If science was faith-based like religion then we would all be called upon to reject any new discoveries or theories.

Keep science out of church and keep religion out of the classroom.
