Everskim you miss the point as far as I am concerned. Foolish posters on this forum were bragging about 40% property price falls and chanting BURN BABY BURN. Reality is they posters are fools and lack any common sense as has been proven year after year as still waiting for the 40% crash. They are sucked up ridiculous information from the likes of Steven Keene who has zero credibility in my eyes.
