EBIT takes into account the cost of production, but excludes the cost of capex, interest, tax, which I believe are low anyway.
The $1m per month is EBIT I thought (page 17 of recent presentation announcement), not revenue, and imo on this project EBIT is probably a fair reflection of the net cash flows given they've stated capex etc would be minimal.
Actual revenue per month would be a lot higher than $1m but this figure has not been provided.
