    why do people keep banging on about low interest rates making it a great time to buy??

    record low interest rates mean that they can ONLY GET HIGHER and make "opex" MORE expensive for invesetors.

    you have it the wrong way around. YOU FOOLS!

    the great time to buy is when interest rates are high and prices are low! and believe me that is coming, but we have to watch the fireworks show first.
