Business spectator had an editorial on Quickflix earlier this year....their view is that this is a business essentially in the market of "voluntary compliance"...what that means is that the main customer they are targeting is the same savvy one that know's how to illegally download movies/tv shows from bit current.....so whether that person uses quick flix or not is in business spectator's view....essentially "voluntary"....
