SatinTape, if the site was not suitable, why did the QLD Government approve it in the first place? How is this Cougar's problem? They did their due diligence, the outcome was that the site is suitable for UCG and the QLD Government agreed it was suitable - clearly. If it was not suitable, there would not have been an approval granted - enough said. It is as simple as that. The QLD Government did not "enable Cougar to accurately predict impacts".
