After we had to get the exact content of the affidavits, the time of the next xourt date, and what will exactly be decided then from SMSL -- again -- while Lynas kept us in the dark, I do not hold my breath.
Also, having a reporter of the BBC standing in front of Kuantan court and getting no info from Lynas but all he "needed" from SMSL speaks also volumes.
By now it must be believed that Lynas knows something that they do not want to tell the market; something that will delay actual first kiln or production start to a date, that all these delays do not matter one bit.
Else they would inform the market clearly and comprehensively. No?
