Unluckily, Jan, I think that SMSL would not ever need to do that.
They have proven again and again, that they are light-years ahead of Lynas and both their PR and legal teams.
How many months has their delay tactic cost us already? How many millions of dollars wasted? How much strain on the JV partners and how much of the first mover advantage already gone?
If I would be SMSL, I would laugh all day, but whatever I would want to write, Hotcopper is not the source for it... SMSL has been obviously knowing all they need already MONTHS BEFORE the fools that are us; it is us that are uninformed and well behind in this game.
