What doesn't make sense to me is the TOL was granted, then suspended pending this case, now until the 10th.
Surely the onus should be on SMSL to prove it needs to be suspended, and allow continuation until otherwise proved.
What stops 3 men and his dog lodging variations of crap?
Do they keep suspending it for every complaint.
Safe until proven otherwise should be the motto.
