If this is the case then what really IS the timetable.
Remember the "on time and on budget" way way back. Is there anyone (besides one particular NC supporter) who now doubts that last years annual meeting WAS "the right time" for there to be some board changes and a big change in the corporate culture.
NOW it IS the right time for Lynas to start standing down Malaysian employees so that those employees can fight for their jobs and put pressure where it counts for operations to start.
NOW is the right time for big changes in the corporate structure of Lynas.
