Totally disagree, even lower interest rates have done nothing to stimulate buying of housing. Why are new home sales at their lowest then in 15years. Many retail shops are closing up here on the Northern Beaches, high Aussie dollar, Internet shopping, and high oil prices are further rising costs are effecting spending patterns.
