CB You would know me to support your views on these particular matters and definitely have not changed my view for what it is worth in regard to your post.
After a good absorbing assessment of your words I would have to whole heartedly agree!
IMO the two Board members we are talking about created a pretty large share of skullduggery which has definitely wasted a lot of financial resources from our company to protect themselves and place the blame on JH.
The fact that RC is now in the seat is another matter and a good one but in TRUTH and the COLD HARD LIGHT OF DAY have a real hard look in the mirror and tell me that it was JH that is the whole reason for the lack of process in developing the company under his watch.
I truly believe deep in my gut that it was the board which held us back and to that end all the games upon JH entitle him to his claim. I just think the money should come out of those directors pockets , not ours!

We have to move on now and we are but I still believe we need fresh members on the board with strong relevent commercial and industry experience. We are now dealing with the likes of Santos and potentially even super majors and I just do not think the members in question are as honed as we require at this point! Example TPT have almost an entirely new executive and board and I am strongly endorsing the selection of these people and that the previous management recognised for and on behalf of SH that they just needed better representation and so they went out and got it and did they...big time!
