Lol ,we all know that Mr pork pie hat.
Personally I've tried every bit of self help that ever existed in the history of mankind to calm myself and become a better person .I either haven't applied it correctly or I am a lost cause because I'm nuttier now than when I was really nutty.
Still I'm persisting with the breathing and moderate chanting .It certainly makes me feel better once I've done it but after that everything unravels .Wait till you get older and have a mountainside of psychological issues ,it ain't that easy.
Now put up a chart and tell me we're headed up for the next year or so and I can happily go back to the cross legged position .And btw you've already given everyone good advice
