Couldn't agree more ... IMO a very big part of this problem is that the entity is run solely by one person, NC who does not want to be answerable to anyone it seems.
More than ever, Lynas needs separate Chairman and CEO positions and more independent directors positions the "independent" ones currently there seem to be rubber stampers and should be replaced. IMO
