resolution 7 query

Morning Everyone,

Just a query regarding the meeting on which Res# 7 was defeated and amended and then passed.

Cant work it out and maybe someone can explain. Snips are included for visuals.

Originally 356,555,332 proxy votes valid in 1st defeat vote

Amended RES # 7 vote a total proxy count came to 418,983,138 votes.

This is a difference between the 2 counts of 62,427,807 votes.

Where did these extra votes come from if not valid in the 1st defeated vote.

Im not saying that its illegal but just cant see how it works or why there can be more votes on a second count.
