The 999k seller looks like a real seller to me, it got bought out yesterday at 14 and it's getting bought today again, not withdrawn. Question is how much does this seller have left.
As for large bids in depth, I see there's a few 1m bids on the buy side, so using your logic those could be props for the seller getting out at 14c.
