    Hi there Iani62,

apologies for not answering sooner as I was hoping someone else who was present at the GM would answer. My recollection of the poll vote is a little scratchy but, i will answer it as best i can.

You are correct in stating the initial vote, Res #7 was defeated. In the following ammended vote from the floor, the POLL vote in which there was 5 eligable to vote, there was a difference of 62,427,807 votes which allowed the ammended Res #7 to be approved.Someone from the floor had a change of heart and went with the change ?? Why such a high differential is beyond me and some others that were present. The reason I am a little mistified is that out of the 5 eligable to vote that was on the floor, there must of been at least 3 that were in the top 10 holders to have such a difference.

Now like i said, I am a little confused as to the count and how the count came to the afirmative with only 5 eligable.
I hope someone else who was present can correct me or confirm my recollection.

    cheers.

    On another matter,

I sent off a series of questions to Chris Ritchie 2 days ago and they were regarding the costings attributed to the business of Frank Petruzzellis accounting firm. There was a total of $785,794 for services rendered.

My questions were regarding the payment to MDB ( Frank Petruzzelli's accounting company ) and why GGP were paying MDB for organising capital raisings when we have engaged Novus to do that work which they have been doing. Also rental costings for an office in melbourne which is also in MDB's building.I believe this is Chris Ritchies office ?? Just to reiterate that i am only putting questions forward and nothing more and nothing less, they are just enquiries !

Chris Ritchie's reply this morning stated that those questions should be asked at the AGM! I left it at that and have my folder filling up fast with questions for the AGM.I will be there come hell or high water.

I am happy to wait until the AGM and give the management team the chance to clarify these enquiries.Remember every vote counts and every vote can and will make a difference.Get to the AGM and state your case and ask your questions. It really is a worthwhile exercise in making the effort or spending the $$ to get there.

    Regards
