I think if there was no offer from Shandong then FML would be above 5 cents right now. POG is above $1796 and AUD has gone down compared to USD but still FML SP doesn't go up but instead go down. Now some of you will say its because of DB selling but i m not ready to buy this story.
What does all this suggest? Just one thing this deal is not good for current shareholders. Vote against the deal and see the SP go north. I still dont understand how management and some posters on HC recommend to accept this deal. Looks like some posters are getting financial benefits from the company (just a guess) and that's why they want this deal to go ahead at the cost of other shareholders who have bought shares with their hard earned money.
