CTP has 295,000 sqm = 73m acres. Recently farmed out at $11/acre.

(53m acres + 30% x 20m acres farmed out) x $11 = $649m

Fully diluted (1,384ms + 302m ITM options + 118m ITM employee options ) = 1804m shares.

Value is $649 / 1804 = 36cps.

Alternatively:
Surprise is scenario 3 i.e. 100mbbls @ $30 margin (conservative) = $3000m.

Value is $3000 / 1804 = $1.66


Potentially, we can see CTP at the full value next week i.e $1.66 + 36c = $2

At today's price 2/ 0.175 = 11-bagger.
