    andres it could be but is illegal and i know for certain they will come down extremely hard on you if caught. massive fines. it is not worth it for a few pips here or there. my gut feel tells me someone is buying on market. how many they buy is anyone's guess but there are funds interested in MOY as an emerging gold play. im as certain as it gets that someone is buying a substantial stake.
