BHP are not trying to get where we are....at least not atm. They are trying to buy up Petrobras' Gulf of Mexico assets, to ADD to where they already are. Gulf of Mexico, is off the coast of Mexico and the South East USA, it's not anywhere near any of KAR's SA assets, so BHP's intention to expand in a region they already have strong producing and high margin assets in is irrelevant to KAR.
