Chris, Volt likes his ALP and I like the conservative side (although really there is no party that fits me perfectly; probably the case for Volt as well).

It's like footy. You are either a supporter or you ain't. And like footy, both sides cringe when their teams stuff it. There's been a bit of cringing on the left side lately given that Midas Julia has been in charge for awhile. And every time they show footage of Abbott walking... or talking... there is cringing on my side. Both teams swapped a few in the draft.... Slipper went to the ALP and God knows Turnbull has always been there. Craig "I won't last 10 minutes in gaol" Thompson is on the bench.... you get the idea.

Not many goals kick in this half.... I doubt that'll change for either team in the coming 12 months. This match will be won on points.


However, provided well all retain our composure and "talk nice" there is no problem discussing politics. It is those freaks over in the "Politics" forum who have me worried (either side - it is just depressing reading most days).
