That's been my experience too at the small level. No disagreement,in fact I would say I could give many other examples.
We are dealing with ultimately a State held corporation. Key decisions will be made many layers away from those who are the face of SD. Some apparatchik will make a decision on policy, and that will be that. They have a policy for now, but there wil be another policy later , maybe better, maybe worse, maybe no effect.
For example, Australia sides with the US in events in China sea. You don't think there wouldn't be repercussions?
