1. Re your comment "just diluted this company once again" ... The last capital raising was 2007 .. hardly a regular event!
2. I agree with entropylord : CVN is a junior non-operating party therefore at the mercy of anything a recalcitrant or inept operator might do.. thankfully POE is now gone, and replaced. We can only hope the Towngas objective is to make money (not an unrealistic expectation as they are reputedly very astute businessmen) and justify the price they paid (16cps look-through to CVN)
