CCC is not KAB and KAB s not CCC. The board of CCC not JB have made some extremely poor decisions - JB had to tow the CCC company line. At KAB, JB does not need to adhere to the board of CCC and has developed a KAB board full of highly networked experts who would be the envy of CCC. KAB will never be CCC and CCC will need to get assistance from KAB. KAB is a potentially powerful beast, CCC will never be AAA rated. The CCC power brokers - which does not include JB - will end up thanking KAB. KAB will ultimately distance itself from CCC. As for URA - well RIP.
