    shares007, if there was any formal offer made by POSCO it would have been released to the market. Your proof of an offer is a third party media outlet article? It's quite amazing that we are now apparently taking everything reported in the press as fact, and dismissing that nothing was officially released by either party. Honestly, some people live in an alternate universe.

    From your own post;

    "Cameroon`s Mbalam iron ore mine which POSCO discussed developing has 200 million tons of high quality iron ores"

    "DISCUSSED." Just like it was discussed with WUHAN, Tata, and probably many others. There were no formal offers, and to try and suggest there was is plain wrong.

    I never said for sure there are no other options, I can't state that because as you said, I'm not on the board. Having said that, you need to apply some logic to the situation, which can seemingly be hard for some. For instance, ask yourself the question, if SDL had other, more attractive options currently available than the deal with Hanlong, why would the board be putting up with the Hanlong offer? I would suggest that they are putting up with the current situation because any other options currently available are not as good (shareholder value wise) as the offer on the table.
