Lynas refer to their previous announcement dated 25th Sept in which they refer to:

"The interim order has the effect of suspending any new action under the TOL until the hearing on 4 October 2012."

They then go on to say that the court has "adjourned" until 10 Oct the application - not sure what part you don't understand - is it "adjourned" ie postponed - goes without saying so to the interim order on TOL - in my experience and by sheer logic.

IMHO some posters are trying to persue an anti-management agenda and will nit pick anything everything that Lynas have done or in their opinion should be done. Lynas would have to employ a full-time Investor relations employee and pay +$70K in order to fulfill some requirements of shareholders, given what I have read on these boards over the years. Money not well spent IMHO.

Goes also to show that some posters/investors/traders should not invest if they don't understand commercial practices or aren't prepared to do their homework......IMHO
