Wednesday is about Lynas's right to operate in accordance with the approved and issued TOL,
SMSL are seeking an injunction to have this licence suspended while they seek a Judicial Review.
I think the judge will rule Wednesday on the TOL injunction application (ie their attempt to freeze it and our right to operate) but I don't expect any ruling regarding the application for a Judicial Review, (ie challenging the ministers decision to dismiss the appeal against the AELB for issuing the TOL).
but I could be wrong and am happy to wait and see.
