I don't think AM's form with PRW should be applied to CDB too much to be honest. He is not a director of CDB, wasn't mentioned in the recent presentation and is basically just married to Lia Darby (non-exec director of CDB). Strange that Lia was mentioned in the Feb12 presentation as a key tema member, but not in the Sept12 one. Doubt the other directors would permit any "weaving of tangled webs", but let's see. Doesn't subtract anything away from what they have recently achieved imo.

If we assume they are honest with their suspension announcement then they are optimising their tax position, which is pretty important given in 4 months time they will be generating pretty significant profits for their size and paying tax from then onwards. As CDB is fairly new, they haven't racked up heaps of losses like a lot of explorers, to carry forward against future profits.

Would be prudent of them to release an update though given they indicated the annual report would be lodged last week. Still bad form not being able to lodge on time when many companies this small size can meet the deadline. Looking back, they are always lodging their annual/half yearlys on the last day.
