Guys try to understand that share price is pretty much aligned with hydraulic theory, opening and closing valves.

Instead of having all the water coming out of one pipe where the speed of the water is the equivalent to share price, they have two pipes. In this case one pipe is used to set pressure (share price) and the other one is electronically controlled to the same speed as the first, but the second one can be used to divert water to the first pipe.

In other words by reducing the pressure to the first (putting more water in the second the pressure drops (share price). If you increase pressure in the first by taking more water from the second then the pressure increases in the first (price rises).

The second pipe is the off market transactions and trading in this manner is by definition totally illegal and manipulative. Any argument to the contrary is false, pure and simple.
