Mismanagement of the SH by the old management team was a factor contributing to the boardroom fiasco we saw earlier in the year. For whatever reason some people with minimal shareholdings seem to believe they should be part of some kind of kitchen cabinet, where they have a say in executive decisions. RC explicitly said he would put an end to all that nonsense.
