WM obviously has not given them a quarter of the mine and allowed him to finance and build the mining plant.

So he and his mates are proving to the market place Mafia style if you don't play ball with them you can forget the concept of your share price going to its natural level

By maintaining a double market they can control the pressure to the ASX in any way they like. If the share price starts to rise all they need to do is sell more shares from the hidden market to the ASX.

They don't care as to costs because this is setting the precident. Other miners see this happening and gladly fall into line giving out free shares and allowing financing and control of the mining process.

Nev has the dirts over this, I suspect he is seriously involved in CDU and has gone to a lot of trouble to prove what is going on.

I don't know how many of you have read Arthur Herman's book HOW THE SCOTS INVENTED THE MODERN WORLD, well they didn't do it the way the bloke with the ear muffed tin helmet wants it done. They went Calvanist and decided to learn how to read and largly did it outside of Scotland. If they were unimpressed with the Pope think of what they think about the group that tin helmet represents.

Problem is this is now a mexican standoff. The whole market is watching and if WM wins their Mafia like hold on the market will be noticed. You have to have power to exercise power and time is marching on.

To win they must move before the mining starts and the riches are revealed. If WM wins there is a lot more at stake than just CDU.

A simple question, guestimate what CDU has and what SFR has, I suspect SFR are playing ball with the local establishment whild CDU is not. Take a look at the difference in share price, yes SFR is closer to mining.

Understand the concept of power also involves locating people well placed all over the society and that includes government employees who can slow down a project via the environmental laws. It has taken CDU a lot longer to get over this hurdle than SFR.

Nev has to me proved beyond doubt that there is manipulation in the market place. Max has proved to me beyond any doubt that people who are paid to implement the law are loath to do so.
