By my calculations, I reckon Lynas already
have the first shipment for processing on site.
The 35 day shipment timeframe was a diversion.
Remember that they were able to ship from week 1 of September.
The import licence takes less than a week and could have been completed while ship was in transit.
The trip was Fremantle to Singapore and then reloaded onto a ship to Kuantan.
They may also have been in storage in Singapore awaiting the import licence.
Singapore to Kuantan is less than a day.
It is possible that they were freighted onto site before the first court case.
Could this be why Lynas is not in a state of panic?
