I'd be slightly less optimistic than you Nickers - I factored in starting location as feel and that a ship might not have been available instantly. Lynas also appeared to take a while to prep for the import permit (I reckon it needed confirmed shipping details as part of the permit). Agree however that the permit should have been approved before the 1st court case, meaning import might not be a 'new action'. I am no legal expert though. Given the number of date theories out there I will add mine - it's only an opinion anyway so not something SMSL can use. My theory is that first ore would arrive between the 8th and 15th likely across several shipments.
Depending on the legals of new action agree some may have arrived and it's plant feed which is the action that is pending.Otherwise it would be now waiting in Singapore.
IMO only - make your own desicions :) - we will know soon. Won't post again until the court case.
