It seemed basically that there was a disagreement between their the auditors and managment.Which has now been sorted by the ASX. Would think we will have new auditors next time round.

Lets again focus back on where the company is going. It appears that the company has ample funds to progress with the $ 500000 option issues at 2.5 cents, also particularly with the expanding cash flow with more WIFI income being booked,which I believe is expanding.So cash flow should not be an issue.

I ask all to give the company a chance for GCN to prove itself.

Constructive criticism might be better than destructive.

GCN now seems to be consolidating, time will tell.

Will be interesting opening in the morning.
