Cantor's are just about the largest provider of ATM facilities in the US. Why would they agree to place $48 million of UNIS stock 'at market' at any time of the company's choosing without significant due diligence?

Happy? Not especially.

Terrified? No.

Time to buy? Let me think about that for a minute...:)
