    I don't quite understand this behaviour.

    They have a little room to move when it comes to releasing these notices...yet that always seem to time them for when they will have the maximum impact on the share performance.

    If I didn't know any better, I would suggest they are trying to cap it?

    Not sure if that is a good thing or not?
