Scezza - it ALL depends on your investment strategy - and if you're a long term hold and forget - sure.

BUT for anybody who's NOT a long term - rather a mid to short term - this announcement has been anything BUT positive.

I'll put it this way - if I told you in 2 weeks you could get another 50% of your NWE shares for FREE - would you want that?

Of course you would - who doesn't want something for free?

Well - to do that - you'd sell short - wait for a short term loss (which is what we're seeing now) - and BUY again at a later date when the SP is cheaper.

Same belief in the resource - just that now the mid term player has a 50% edge over the long term holder.

So you can now see why some - like me - view this as quite a p!ss poor effort.
