Well, it is the only place one can find Vogon poetry these days, so I am not surprised there are so many visitors.
d-chrome - firstly, they do not say they have done nothing for 6 weeks. We know - at least - PM was in India talking - and note the footnote that says its all subject to the JV agreeing on next steps.
Secondly, and I am speculating here, I am wondering whether some unfortunate cut and pasting from the original announcements, and not changing tenses to make it clear they were repeating what had happened in the past, has given the wrong message that the Kockatea testing was put on hold.
I am suspicious because I would be surprised if water is still flowing back??? Just a thought and might be wrong, but they have been sloppy with their announcements before. And some do just repeat their announcements in their quarterlies like that.
If not, and they plugged it all up for 6 weeks to do nothing ... well if Bindi is prepared to cut some slack, who are the rest of us to get all antsy?
