funny how booz just grabs the end part of that report, which was pretty negative/neutral
i think i read somewhere 70,000 people have lost their home construction jobs over the last year,this is in line with lower building completions/credit
so i guess all time low interest rates coupled with such a low base would give such a big move
like a share thats dropped from a dollar to 10 cents and then "surging" to 13 cents
