Agree MF the spec "mining" sector is performing well and those companies you mention are mining companies not health care companies so you cant compare.
Its also might be good to note ISN isnt really a "spec" company, it isnt developing or inventing a new product all it is doing is trying to sell an existing product and trying to improve it.
So ISN had a product that they are trying to sell, the only thing speculative about ISN is weather or no they will be able to sell the product. Other then that its a established company with a product that is failing to sell.
