Skol, Just wanting to get your views on Australian property prices, I think they are overvalued, using the same logic I therefore think that Comm Bank is suspect as they hold the largest slice of mortgages.
Great thing about gold miners they can forward sell their product, a unique position to be in compared to most business's. The point is at what price will Aust miners hedge their forward sells, the smart ones I beleive at or just over $2,000, (I beleive it will get there) but there will be a large sell off once we get someway through that barrier, it will return but it may take some time. To not hedge is to gamble, to hedge is to gamble also, but at least you are in command of your destiny.
