As far as we are concerned, that issue is only between the two of them and they have to sort it out between themselves. It has nothing to do with us and we'd better leave it be, for the time being anyway.

And IMO, just anticipating how the Chinese Courts works, if it is going to be handled there that is, it is anyone's guess as to when it will be finalised.

Don't also forget though, that, as far as we know, Timeone could have already paid back SS&T their momney, or they could have already worked out an amicable deal between themselves.
