blt to acquire tacere therapeutics!, page-3

This is a really good move IMO and one that I had mentioned a couple of weeks ago, so I certainly can't complain. The question is, where did that $7 million up-front cash payment to Tacere go. Is it all gone?

Next year will be make or break time for BLT. HCV trials typically have results one way or another within 12 weeks. A huge market with potential blockbuster potential.

Now we just need to know how they are going to fund it. Still, with this program being reaquired without eating into existing funds, makes BLT much more valuable so I don't really care too much about the dilution.

Anyway, something is happening and TT034 is now BLT's frontrunner. I wonder if Biomics are interested in the program?
