to get a dreamed up result of 1.5 mill per mnth you have to have cash to build the intrastructure and KPR may not have the cash and who would loan funds in a venture in Kupang of all places ,KPR reserves approx $13 mill, less pay to ILP approx $9 mill plus costs leaves maybe $3 mill ,less legal costs chasing Phil , then after allowing for existing costs ,Pretty close to insolvent ,this isnt bagging a stock ,this is patently obvious.
