I still believe that the LYC legal team need to be in court fighting for right for the TOL to be in operation, with the onus on the opposition to prove it should be suspended.
After all, it is a temporary license to be assessed after 2 years for full license.
If problems or safety issues arise during this temporary period then by all means suspend it until further notice.
NC needs to ask why, when proved safe, do we have to be in suspension waiting for them to prove it unsafe, and he needs to ask now!!
