the point here is that enough is enough, and it is time for Mr Curtis to start taking calls and deal with the people that also own this company and to make more press statements and keep us informed about what is happening in that court.

If you can't see that we need to know because it affects our investments.

Also I note the announcement was not price sensitive, but the story is its wiped 16 cents off the shares today.

Now if that is not a Price Sensitive announcement they made to the market then WHY has the price dropped 16 cents in opening trading.

If they are in Court then TELL US what's it all about.

We have a right to be briefed.

I will be voting with a very clear intention and I will be TELLING my husband in no uncertain terms to vote in those directions if he wants my signature on those voting forms.
