Nope.... I have swallowed many posters claims that the Injunction would be thrown out of court for a number of months now... each time, it was not thrown out, indeed, it was extended.
A precedent has now been set where a freeze on the TOL has happened twice now, mostly based on public concern for health... there is no reason that another freeze can not happen for a number more months come the Nov. hearing.
IMHO.
Still holding, but only because I believe Lynas will fun LAMP in the end game... a snap election riding on the wave of election budget handouts would be nice right now if the gov. can win it.
Otherwise, we will continue to Exsanguinate with the SP :(
