I think Madas is spot on and restructure should be positive for the Company and Shareholders.

Apart from branding, I understand changes include restructuring of existing state managers, incorporated into regional management role and may result in redundancies. I assume there will be consolidation of offices and admin functionalities to eliminate duplication of combined ODG HADEN personnel functions?

You don’t need to be Einstein to recognise this restructure will result in substantial cost savings across the entire group (I estimate) up to $3/5m plus, plus? Should assist this FY results?
